At ArKe Surestart our perinatal services aim to support expectant parents on their journey towards parenthood. We offer a range of programmes and services to guide you through pregnancy and help you prepare for the changes that a new baby brings. We encourage an holistic approach to pregnancy, childbirth and the first months of life and our perinatal services support emotional and physical wellbeing during this period. These services are delivered through group based programmes and can also be tailored to individual needs and delivered 1:1.
